No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and the creation process begins, all sales are final.
Unlimited Revisions
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions. If you are not satisfied with the initial Memoji samples, you can request changes until the Memoji meets your expectations. Our team will work with you to make the necessary adjustments. However, if satisfaction is not reached within 10 days from the initial delivery of the Memoji samples, we reserve the right to conclude the revision process.
